There's no exit fee. You pay the standard price of any services you've used, minus what you've already paid. If you've paid more than you've used, there's nothing further to pay.
Yes. You get 7 days to cool off with a full refund, as long as you haven't used any of the membership yet.
After your first 3 paid months. It saves you up to $110 a year. Repairs we find at sign-up or in the first 3 months aren't discounted.
Logbook and major service extras (spark plugs, air, cabin and fuel filters, coolant, brake fluid, transmission, diff and transfer fluids, timing belts), oil over your plan's litres or specialty oils, parts for repairs, tyres, wheel alignments and batteries. These are charged at our normal price.
Unused services don't roll over, so we'll send you reminders well before your membership year ends.
Yes. The membership is tied to one vehicle, but you can move it to a replacement vehicle on the same plan.
Big V8 LandCruisers, heavy vehicles and fleets aren't on the standard plans, but please call us and we'll prepare a quote or fleet agreement.
